Why the Costume Change?
This is actually old news. :-)

Game: Age of Conan
Location: Khemi

The guards in the city had some fabulous looking armor, especially their helm.
I took a screenshot of their helm, and I'm glad I did because the developers have given the guards a make over.

I've looked over the patch notes for July 2 and can't find a mention of why they did it. :-(

It's kind of funny in a way. Most people are complaining about nerfs, bugs, no end game content. That stuff doesn't bother me. They make a costume change and don't give a reason why and now I'm all bent out of shape. *lol*

Oh, well. Guess I'm going to have to suck it up like everyone else. *grin*

A. I only play PC games and usually stick with the main stream games. I have no clue what else is going on.

A. If I was more chatty I might give it a try; but I prefer to dress up when I role play. *lol*

A. I have no problem with micro-transactions. But I'm glad I'm not playing a game with micro-transactions. If I were and I really liked the game, I'd probably want all the cool items.

Q. What are your thoughts on player-made mods/addons for games? (Answer!)
A. Simple mods to assist in small ways are okay. Bulk mailing, making it easier to see who needs healing, giving the UI a face-lift. Add-ons that do a lot of the activity for you... not cool.

A. I don't like to listen to music when I play.

Q. What experience do you have beta-testing games? (Answer!)
A. I've only beta tested Gods and Heroes and we see what happen to that. I don't know if I should try it again.

A. Age of Conan's world with graphics and fighting mechanics mixed with Warhammer's play style.

A. I'll come back to this once I get A character from any game up to the level cap. *lol*

A. No clue.

Q. What sort of players annoy you the most? (Answer!)
A. Ones who come up and bash on a person I'm fighting. I don't know if they are just trying to be helpful or deliberately trying to jack my xp. (EX. If I killed it by myself I would have gotten 100xp, but when someone else takes a few hits on the same mob I only get 60xp) Or the person who comes in and clicks on the objective just as I killing the last mob to get to the same objective.

A. I would like to think so.

A. Excitement. City of Villains was my first game. I had just spent 30 - 45 minutes creating my character and then I'm teleported into a prison where the siren is blaring and spotlights are flashing and I have to make my escape.

A. Doesn't bother me at all.

A. Does the monitor count? I love my monitor.

A. I don't care for the PVP game play of "I can kill you, so I'm going to kill you" or "I'm headed in that direction and if you are in my way you're going down, because I'd rather stop and kill you then go around you." I've come across this style of game play on most PvP servers I've tried to play on. It's not for me, so I stay away. :-)

A. It does cross my mind every now and then.

A. Usually between 6pm - 10pm, central time.
